That day I cycled 110 miles from Preston to Ironbridge. Unfortunately I did so with my jacket sleeves pushed up Miami Vice style. Not learning since 1982.
Ironbridge will always hold a special place in my heart because it is where I invented the Marmite and Nutella oatcake sandwich. DON'T knock it until you try it.
