My five favourite London spots

Brockwell Park BMX track
Turquoise Island, Westbourne Grove

The River Fleet

Rotten Row, Hyde Park

Stanfords, Covent Garden

I never stop professing my love for my hometown and I’m so lucky I get to cycle around it every day. It’s constantly changing and I’m always noticing new things. Limiting my favourite spots down to five for the Time Out London Blog was hard and I feel bad for everything I missed out.
You can read the piece in full here.

View from my bike

Can you believe the London Eye is 15 years old already? It will be finishing school and getting a National Insurance card soon
I never get bored cycling around my city. It's constantly changing and I notice new things every day. I always look around and think of all these amazing sights I would miss out on if I was standing under someone's armpit on the tube.
As it's turning into spring I thought I'd share some of the sights I've been enjoying recently in-between taking off layers and losing gloves.

Stoker Cam, Lovely London

Piloting the tandem makes me feel like a soccer Mom. It's the Range Rover of my fleet and I even refer to the pannier rack as 'the trunk'. Here are some snaps my sister took from the back seat between me yelling 'pack it in' and 'don't make me pull over' at her.

In other news, isn't London especially charming right now? I feel so lucky to be able to see so much of my beautiful city as I ride from A to B. You just don't get these views on the tube.
